Book a boxing training - ROUND11

Prepare

1. Pre-book your class and be on time

Arrive 15 minutes before your first class so we can show you around the studio. Bring your own gloves and wraps or rent a pair at the front desk.

2. Our trainers are here for you

Time to meet your trainer! They will appoint you a spot and take you through the technique and our sic basic punches. Now you can set your intention for the class

3. We take care of you

At our front desk we sell water, rent out towels and answer your questions. After class you can shower in our bathrooms and order a shake at the bar.

Book a strength and boxing training - ROUND11

Unleash

1. Red vs. Blue
In the red corner we box, in the blue we build strength, overal we work on stamina. You'll start in either corner and switch between the two

2. With good intentions
Through meditation and a moment of silence when the class starts we'll create the perfect energy to flow through the rounds and fire up your punches.

3. Reconnect & rebalance
Boxing, HIIT and Mindfulness intertwined in one complete training session. To balance the mind and body, and create awareness in the soul

4. ROUND11
In the 11th round we reconnect our bodies and souls with our signature soulful meditation.

Recover

1. Recovery is crucial
Good recovery is key to effective training and we will help you kickstart the process right after training.

2. Shaky hands, shaky drinks
Proteins are the building blocks of your body, we pack them in healthy and delicious shakes for you. Order them with our hostesses who will mix your favorite flavors.

3. Check-out our dressing rooms
We offer bathrooms where you'll find amenities and hairdryers. Towels are for rent in case you need one. You can leave the studio fresh for the rest of your day.

4. Strong body, open heart & mind
This is how we set you up for swift recovery and make sure you leave the studio with a clear and open mind.
